Plant City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a concrete flooring contractor based in Plant City, FL. We provide services including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete flooring, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, garage floor coatings, pool deck coatings, and related concrete surface work.
Our services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Plant City, FL and surrounding service areas. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
All estimates provided by Plant City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on an in-person assessment of the project site and the information you provide. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Estimates may be adjusted if, during the course of work, conditions are discovered that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate - such as hidden damage, contamination beneath the surface, or significant changes to the scope of work requested by the customer. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute a formal agreement.
Project scheduling is confirmed once a written estimate is signed and any required deposit is received. We schedule projects based on crew availability and will provide you with a start date in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible - at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, as crew time and materials may have already been committed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would adversely affect the quality of the installation, including heavy rain, excessive humidity, or temperatures outside the manufacturer-recommended application range. In such cases, we will coordinate a new date with you at no additional cost.
Before work begins, you agree to:
Failure to prepare the work area as required may result in a rescheduling fee or an adjustment to the project timeline.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate. In most cases, a deposit is required before work is scheduled, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.
Final payment is due on the day the project is completed, before the crew leaves the job site. If final payment is not received on the completion date, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at a rate permitted under Florida law.
Disputes regarding invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions of any invoice remain due on the original terms.
Where a warranty is offered, the specific terms, duration, and coverage will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranty coverage is void if the floor is subjected to conditions beyond the scope of the agreed-upon use, or if maintenance instructions provided at project completion are not followed.
We do not warrant against issues arising from conditions that were not disclosed prior to the project, including but not limited to undisclosed moisture problems, pre-existing slab movement, or contamination beneath the surface.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project to which the claim relates.

Any legal action arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
